摘 要:目的:探讨挫伤性睫状体脱离的形态学改变及超声生物显微镜(UBM)在挫伤性睫状体脱离诊断中的应用价值。方法:分别应用眼部B超,前房角镜和UBM对2006-01/12来我院经治的47例52眼挫伤后低眼压患者进行检查,观察其形态并进行对比分析。结果:经眼部B超检查47例52眼确诊挫伤性睫状体脱离仅25例;经前房角镜确诊的为38例;经UBM检查,全部确诊为挫伤性睫状体脱离。结论:UBM能准确诊断挫伤性睫状体脱离,不受屈光介质浑浊的影响,它可显示出采用常规检查所不能揭示的病变。AIM: To explore the morphological changes of contusion ciliary body detachment, and to evaluate the application of ultrasonic biomicroscopy in the diagnosis of trauma tic cyclodialysis. METHODS: Forty-seven patients (52 eyes), who were diagnosed as ocular hypotension owing to contusion from January to December 2006 in our hospital, were examined with traditional type B ultrasonography, gonioscopy and ultrasonic biomicroscopy. The morphological changes of traumatic cyclodialysis were observed and analyzed. RESULTS: In these 47 cases, only 25 cases were diagnosed as traumatic cyclodialysis by traditional type B ultrasonography and 38 cases were diagnosed by gonioscopy. However, all of them could be diagnosed as contusion ciliary body detachment by ultrasonic biomicroscopy.CONCLUSION: Ultrasonic biomicroscopy is a non-invasive, safe and efficient technique in the diagnosis of traumatic cyclodialysis, which is not affected by the opacity of optic media. It can provide more evidence for the disease than usual techniques.
