摘 要:目的:弱视治疗软件与指导视觉刺激训练疗效对比研究。方法:共治疗79例101眼,采用遮盖加指导视觉刺激训练32例42眼,采用遮盖加视觉刺激软件训练47例59眼。结果:视觉刺激软件训练组,总有效率为98.3%,其中治愈50眼,治愈率为84.7%,进步8眼为13.6%,无效1眼为1.7%;指导视觉刺激训练组,总有效率为90.5%,其中治愈28眼,治愈率为66.7%,进步10眼为23.8%,无效4眼为9.5%。两组患儿有效率均有显著性差异。结论:弱视治疗软件对儿童弱视疗效更好。AIM: To investigate and compare the amblyopia-treating software and visual stimu under instructions as usual. effects of us training.METHODS: Seventynine children (101 eyes) with amblyopia were divided into 2 groups at random. After cycloplegic retinoscopy and wearing spectacles according to the examination outcome , group A (32 children, 42 eyes) were treated with occlusion and instructed eyesight stimulating training and group were treated with occlusion B (47 children, 59 eyes) and amblyopia-treating software training. RESULTS: In the group trained by vision-stimulating software, the total effective rate was 98. 3%; 50 eyes (84.8%) were cured; vision was improved in 8 eyes (13.6%); no progress in 1 eye. In the group trained by instructed vision stimulation, the total effective rate was 90. 5%; 28 eyes (66. 7%) were cured; vision was improved in 10 eyes (23. 8%); no progress in 4 eyes (9.5%). There was significant difference between two groups in effective rate (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: Vision-stimulating software is superior to eyesight exercise in treating amblyopia.
