穿透性角膜移植术联合眼前节重建术18例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨穿透性角膜移植联合眼前节重建术治疗效果的影响因素及预防方法。方法:采用穿透性角膜移植联合眼前节重建术对18例粘连性角膜白斑进行治疗,根据术后视力及移植片的透明成功率来评价疗效。结果:移植片的透明成功率为89%,视力提高16例,为89%。结论:穿透性角膜移植联合眼前节重建术是治疗粘连性角膜白斑的有效方法。AIM： To investigate the major factors that affect prognosis of penetrating keratoplasty combined with rebuilt anterior segment of eye, and how to prevent rejecting reaction. METHODS： Penetrating keratoplasty combined with rebuilt anterior segment of eye was performed on 18 eyes which had adherent corneal leukoma. We evaluated the therapeutic effects by vision after operation and success rate of graft transparency. RESULTS： The success rate of graft transparency was 89%, and the visual acuity improved in 16 eyes （89%）. CONCLUSION： Penetrating keratoplasty combined with rebuilt anterior segment of eye is an effective way for treating adherent corneal leukoma.
