严重眼球破裂伤致伤因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析眼球破裂伤的原因,探讨眼球破裂伤的预防。方法:对住院178例眼球破裂伤的病因进行回顾性总结分析。结果:眼球破裂伤的致伤原因以拳脚击伤最为常见,占27.5%;其次是车祸,占23.6%;再者是被钝物击伤,其他的还有工作或生活当中不慎撞人或撞物及爆炸伤等。眼球破裂伤易发生在眼球壁薄弱的位置或手术切口处,其中角巩膜缘是最常见的致伤部位(36.0%),其次是巩膜直肌止点处并涉及赤道或赤道后(25.3%);角膜裂伤(16·3%)。结论:拳击伤、车祸及钝物击伤等是眼球破裂伤的最常见的致病因素,而角巩膜缘、巩膜直肌止点处并涉及赤道或赤道后是最常见的致伤位置;在日常生活中我们只要避免打架斗殴、减少交通事故的发生及工作生活中作好自我防护可减少眼外伤的发生。AIM： To investigate the causes for eyeball rupture and to discuss the ways of prevention. METHODS： The traumatic causes of 178 cases with eyeball rupture in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. RESULTS： The most common cause was fist and foot injury, taking up 27. 5%; the second cause was traffic accidents, taking up 23.6% ; blunt object injury took the third place; other causes included bump into sb. or sth. in the work and life and explosive injury. Eyeball rupture easily occurred in the weak sites of eyeball walls. In particular, the corneoscleral limbus is the most common part of injury （36.0%） ; insertions of lateral rectus muscle and anatomical equator or post-equator go next （25.3%） ; cornea itself rupture takes the third place （16.3%）. CONCLUSION： The popular causes of eyeballs rupture were fist fights, traffic accidents and blunt object beats. The most common positions of injury were located at the corneoscleral limbus, insertions of rectus muscles and the anatomical equator of eyes, The ways of prevention were to avoid fights, decrease traffic accident and strengthen public security and self-protection.
