摘　　要：目的:报告5例10眼LASIK术后3a以上再次手术时成功启开原手术瓣;2例2眼术后6a以上再手术启瓣失败。方法:成功10眼中术后最短为36mo,最长为45mo。再次术中靠手感体会原手术瓣边缘位置,再启开角膜瓣,在原有手术区上再次磨削。结果:最终成功整齐掀开原手术瓣10眼,瓣与基质床界面清楚无粘连,顺利施行再次激光磨削。2眼寻找瓣边缘时有角膜上皮脱落。术后6a以上2例启瓣失败。结论:LASIK术后3a以上再次手术仍能掀开角膜瓣。提示手术切开的角膜愈合在3a以上仍不能恢复原有的结构。术后6a无法启开原手术瓣,提示6a以上角膜完全愈合。AIM： To report the retreatment of 10 eyes after LASIK above 3 years by lifting the previous flap, but fail to lift the flap of 2 eyes after LASIK over 6 years. METHODS： The 10 eyes which underwent retreatment for residual myopia at 36 months to 45 months after first LASIK surgery. During the course of reoperation, we felt the border position of previous flap and lifted the flap. Corneal tissues were cut with excimer laser. RESULTS： The previous flaps were lifted successfully from 10 eyes. There was no adhesion between the corneal flap and stromal bed. Corneal epithelial defluxion happened in 2 eyes. We failed to lift corneal flaps of 2 eyes after first LASIK surgery over 6 years. CONCLUSION： It is possible to lift the previous flap after 3 years of first LASIK surgery. The corneal structure doesn＇t repair within 3 years. The complete healing of cornea may occur after 6 years.
