摘  要:目的:观察复方紫河车中药补剂对大强度运动造成的体成分改变的调节作用。方法:实验于2005-11/12于湖南师范大学体育学院运动人体科学教研室完成。选择长沙南方职业学院体育专业20名男生,年龄(18±2)岁,身高(175±3)cm,从事体育专业学习(3.5±1.2)年,均无器质性疾病,所用受试对象均对检测项目情知同意。①按体成分指标随机分为运动组(n=10)、服药组(n=10),进行为期4周的大强度训练,训练期间,服药组每天服用复方紫河车中药补剂(主要由紫河车、黄芪、枸杞、锁阳、红景天等中药组成,由湖南省中医药研究所制成颗粒剂和胶囊,颗粒剂中含黄芪15g,枸杞、锁阳、红景天各10g;胶囊中含紫河车10g),运动组服用安慰剂为山楂颗粒剂,外观及口感与紫河车颗粒剂相近。训练前、训练4周后分别测受试对象水、蛋白质、无机盐、脂肪、体质量指数、基础代谢等体成分指标。结果:纳入体育专业男生20名,均进入结果分析。运动组受试者训练后4周体内的水、蛋白质、无机盐的含量分别为(36.99±5.76)L,(10.19±1.71)kg,(3.28±0.42)kg,低于服药组[(42.77±6.47)L,(12.04±2.15)kg,(3.75±0.57)kg,P<0.05],基础代谢及体质量指数分别为(5663.9±458.7)kJ,(21.59±1.29)kg/m2,低于服药组[(6207.3±661.2)kJ,(22.72±0.99)kg/m2,P<0.05]。结论:大强度训练可不同程度降低体成分各指标含量,破坏体成分结构;复方紫河车可改善人体成分,使体成分结构更合理,可改善营养,调节代谢,促进运动能力提高。AIM: To observe the regulation of compound placenta hominis on body composition change caused by heavy training. METHODS: The experiment was performed at the Department of Sport Human Science, School of Physical Education, Hunan Normal University from November to December 2005. Twenty male P.E. students aged (18±2) years with the height of (175±3) cm, who studied P.E. for (3.5±1.2) years, were selected from Southern Vocational and Skilled Academy. They had no organic disease and subjects all knew the facts and participated into the trail. (1)They were randomly divided into two groups according to body composition: exercise group (n =10), supplementation group (n =10). During 4-week program of strenuous training, supplementation group received compound placenta hominis (composed of placenta hominis, astragalus mongholicus, lycium Chinese mill, songaria cynomorium herb, integripetal rhodiola herb and so on, drug granules and capsule produced by Hunan Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine; drug granule was composed of 15 g astragalus mongholicus, 10 g lycium Chinese mill, 10 g songaria cynomorium herb, 10 g integripetal rhodiola herb; capsule was composed of 10 g placenta hominis) daily. Exercise group received crataegus granules as placebo, which had similar appearance and taste as placenta hominis granules. Body composition were measured, such as water, protein, inorganic salt, fat, body mass index and basal metabolism, before operation and after the 4-week training, respectively. RESULTS: Totally 20 males were involved in the result analysis. Contents of water, protein and inorganic salt 4 weeks after training (36.99±5.76) L,(10.19±1.71) kg,(3.28±0.42) kg in the exercise group were lower than those in the supplementation group [(42.77±6.47) L,(12.04±2.15) kg,(3.75±0.57) kg,P〈 0.05]. Basal metabolism and body mass index (5 663.9±458.7) kJ,(21.59±1.29)kg/m^2 were lower than those in the supplementation group [(6 207.3±661.2) k
