摘 要:目的:通过坐位体前屈和转肩握距实验,观察健身关节操锻炼对中老年人柔韧素质的作用效应。方法:①于2003-08-01/11-02(共12周)选择西安市健身社区每天坚持晨练的80名中老年人,其中男20名,女60名。均对实验目的知情同意。男性20名(年龄51~70岁)被随机分为2组,每组10名:男实验组和男对照组。51~60岁和61~70岁的各30名女性也被随机分为2组,每组15名:两个年龄段分别设51~60岁女性实验组、51~60岁女性对照组和61~70岁女性实验组、61~70岁女性对照组。对实验组老年人进行一般健身运动和健身关节操锻炼(该操属于全身性拉伸运动,涉及的关节有颈,肩,腰,髋,膝,踝等全身六大关节,将每个关节的活动编为一节操,加上准备活动及整理运动共有八节)。实验进行12周,每周锻炼7d。对照组只进行一般健身运动。②锻炼前后通过测试坐位体前屈和转肩的握距测试评估柔韧素质。坐位体前屈数值越高表明柔韧性越好,转肩的握距测试则相反。结果:中老年人80名均进入结果分析。①坐位体前屈测试结果:男实验组、51~60女性实验组、61~70岁女性实验组锻炼后分别为(7.2±3.6),(15.0±3.6),(10.52±3.36)cm,明显高于锻炼前[(3.4±4.4),(12.9±2.7),(7.55±4.27)cm,P<0.01];对照组锻炼前后差异不明显(P>0.05)。②转肩握距实验结果:男实验组、51~60女性实验组、61~70岁实验组锻炼后分别为(67.20±5.87),(51.80±2.42),(60.81±4.30)cm,明显低于锻炼前[(82.60±8.54),(60.10±3.84),(70.50±6.62)cm,P<0.05~0.01];对照组锻炼前后差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:健身关节操可明显提高中老年人柔韧素质。AIM: To observe the effect of body building joint exercise on the flexibility of middle-aged and old people through the test of forward flexion in sitting and angle changes of shoulder. METHODS: (1)Eighty middle-aged and old people including 20 males and 60 females, who did morning exercise everyday in the Body-building Community of Xi'an were selected from August 1^st to November 2^rd, 2003. All people were informed and agreed to the expenment. The male subjects aged 51-70 years were randomly divided into exercise group and control group with 10 in each group; 30 female subjects of 51-60 years and 30 of 61-70 years were randomly divided into exercise group and control group, respectively, with 15 in each group. The people in the exercise groups did general body-building exercise and body building joint exercise, which referred to body extension exercise involving the six joints like neck, shoulder, waist, hip, knee and ankle, and which consisted of eight segments including one for each joint plus warming-up and warming-down, seven days each week for 12 weeks. The control groups only did the general body-building exercise. (2)The flexibility quality was evaluated by testing the forward flexion in sitting and grasp distance in shoulder turning. The higher the values of flexion, the better the flexibility, which was opposite to the shoulder turning. RESULTS: All 80 subjects were involved in the result analysis. (1)Results of forward flexion: The values of the male exercise group, 51-60 years and 61-70 years female exercise groups were (7.2±3.6), (15.0±3.6), (10.52±3.36) cm, which were significantly higher than those before exercise [(3.4±4.4), (12.9±2.7), (7.55±4.27) cm, P 〈 0.01]; there were no obvious differences in the control group before and after exercise (P 〉 0.05).
