摘　　要：毕赤酵母表达系统是目前最为成功的外源蛋白表达系统之一,与现有的其它表达系统相比,巴斯德毕赤酵母在表达产物的加工、外分泌、翻译后修饰以及糖基化修饰等方面有明显的优势,现已广泛用于外源蛋白的表达。该文综述了其自身的优点,表达载体和宿主菌的特点,以及高水平表达外源基因的策略。Pichia expression system is one of the most successful foreign protein expression system until now, which has many merits in the gene expression, protein process, secretion, post - translation modification and the glycosylation modification. It has been used to express foreign proteins widely. This review focuses on the advantages of Pichia pastoris expression system, the characteristics of expression plasmid and host, and strategies for high - level expression.
