摘　　要：目前,常规的膀胱癌的病理分级分期只能给患者一个大体的临床结果的评估,需要一个精确的肿瘤生物学行为的分子标记物以指导临床。关于预后标记物的实验有很多,但迄今为止,还没有一个标记物常规用于临床。本文对近年比较有价值的新的标记物进行综述。Currently,the conventional histopathologieal grade and staging only provide a general assessment of clinical results for patients. So an accurate molecular marker of tumorous biological behaviour is needed to guide clinic. Although there a re many experiments to study proguostie marker, no one can be conventionally applied into clinic till now. This article reviews some progresses about some new valuable markers.
