摘　　要：利用苯酚与苯酸盐的吸收度差异，采用差示分光光度法测定朵贝尔氏溶液中苯酸浓度，结果显示在浓度5一25ug／ml之间回收率=99．14％，RSD＝1.41％，可作为医院制剂的分析．This report describes the different absorption of phenol estermination of phenol in Dobell' solution (compound Borax Solution) by differential ultra-violet abaorption spectrophotametry, the rccovery of phenol is 99.14% (RSD = 1.41%) in the concentration range of 5-25ug/ml of Dobell'solution.
