摘　　要："铁军精神"作为中华民族的瑰宝,核心是敢于挑战,勇于战胜困难。以"铁军精神"育人是时代的呼唤,与我国新时期高等教育的目标相吻合,其本质是塑造坚强的人格。挫折教育的任务是塑造大学生抗挫折能力,成为新时期以"铁军精神"育人的重要途径。As the Chinese traditional gem, the nucleus of the soul of the fortresslike army is to challenge bravely and overcome difficulties. Education through the soul of the fortresslike army meets the times＇ demand, conforms to the goal of high education and cultivates college students＇adamant personality as its essence. Frustration education aims to shape college students＇ability to resist the setback and has become the important way to education through the soul of the fortresslike army in the new century.
