逍遥软胶囊质量控制的研究

摘　　要：目的建立逍遥软胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱（TLC）法定性鉴别柴胡、白芍、当归、甘草；采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定芍药苷、阿魏酸的含量。结果在TLC色谱中均能检出柴胡、白芍、当归、甘草；芍药苷在51～340μg·ml^-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，平均回收率为98．2％，RSD=1．41％（n=6）。阿魏酸在41.6～208μg·ml^-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．5％，RSD=1．37％（n=6）。结论该法简便准确，可作为该制剂质量控制标准。Objective To establish the standard of Xiaoyao Capsula Mollis. Methods Radix bupleuri, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Glycyrrhizae in the preparation were identified by TLC ; Paeoniflorin and ferulaic acid were determined by HPLC. Results Radix bupleuri, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Glycyrrhizae could be identified by TLC. Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 51 -340 μg·ml^-1,r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.2% , RSD was 1.41% （ n = 6）. Ferulaic acid showed a good linear relationship at a range of 41.6 -208 μg·ml^-1,r = 0.999 9,the average recovery of ferulaic acid was 100.5% , RSD was 1.37% （n = 6）. Conclusion The methods are simple, accurate and reproducible.
