摘  要:目的建立逍遥软胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法定性鉴别柴胡、白芍、当归、甘草;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定芍药苷、阿魏酸的含量。结果在TLC色谱中均能检出柴胡、白芍、当归、甘草;芍药苷在51~340μg·ml^-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.41%(n=6)。阿魏酸在41.6~208μg·ml^-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.37%(n=6)。结论该法简便准确,可作为该制剂质量控制标准。Objective To establish the standard of Xiaoyao Capsula Mollis. Methods Radix bupleuri, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Glycyrrhizae in the preparation were identified by TLC ; Paeoniflorin and ferulaic acid were determined by HPLC. Results Radix bupleuri, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Glycyrrhizae could be identified by TLC. Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 51 -340 μg·ml^-1,r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.2% , RSD was 1.41% ( n = 6). Ferulaic acid showed a good linear relationship at a range of 41.6 -208 μg·ml^-1,r = 0.999 9,the average recovery of ferulaic acid was 100.5% , RSD was 1.37% (n = 6). Conclusion The methods are simple, accurate and reproducible.
