摘  要:目的确定鼻渊灵颗粒剂中混合挥发油包合最佳工艺路线。方法采用正交设计实验,以包合物收得率、包合率、包合物含油率为指标筛选包合工艺。结果恒温磁力搅拌法包合混合挥发油最优工艺条件是:挥发油∶β-环糊精=1∶8(ml∶g),加8倍量水,恒温磁力搅拌2 h。结论按上述工艺条件包合本制剂中挥发油最为合理。Objective To ensure the optimal inclusion technology for volatile oil of Biyuanling Granule. Methods With the evaluation index of the inclusion complex yield rate, the inclusion rate and the volatile oil rate in inclusion complex, the orthogonal test was employed to optimize the best inclusion technology. Results The optimal volatile oil inclusion technology was that β - cyclodextrin was mixed with eight times of water, then volatile oil was dropped in the mixtrure ( the ratio of volatile oil to β - cyclodextrin was one to eight), churnning round by magnetic beater for 20 minutes at the constant temperature. Conclusion This optimal inclusion technology is reasonable.
