摘　　要：通过对张锡纯的"心脑共主神明"说在中西医两方面的立论根据和思维特色进行分析,指出该说不但是中西医结合的早期尝试,也是中西医异同的充分体现;以中医的"气"与"气化"观念为工具对西医知识的改造和发挥,导致了张锡纯对西医知识的独特改造和对"神明"问题的独特认识。The theory of ＂Heart and Brain Co - govern Spirit＂ created by Zhang Xichun is the result of the combination of new interpretation of TCM classics and western medicine, which reflects the differences and resemblances between them. In this study an attempt was made to clarify the argument and get the ideology to sustain it. It was elucidated that how Zhang Xichun＇s TCM background affected his idea about brain, heart, and spirit. It was proved that the idea of ＂Qi＂ and ＂Qi＂ transformation are the core of the argument.
