16例大肠黏膜下肿瘤的内镜特点及内镜下治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨大肠黏膜下肿瘤的内镜特点、病理分类及内镜治疗方法。方法所有病例均行常规电子结肠镜检查,并在内镜下用圈套器行高频电凝电切治疗。结果16例中脂肪瘤9例,类癌3例,恶性淋巴瘤2例,平滑肌瘤2例。均予内镜下肿物切除术,并经病理检查证实诊断;无一例出现出血、穿孔等并发症。结论结肠镜检是大肠黏膜下肿瘤早期诊断的重要手段;提高对大肠黏膜下肿瘤内镜形态特点的认识,对早期诊断具有重要价值;内镜下肿瘤切除治疗安全、有效。Objective Discuss the endoscopes character,pathological classification and endoscopic treatment method of Submucosal Tumor of the Large Intestine.Method All cases recept treatment of endoscopic resection,and diagnosement are verified by Pathology.Results In 16 cases,lipoma is 9,carcinoid tumor is 3,malignant lymphoma is 2,Smooth muscle tumor is 2.None of the cases occurs complications such as bleeding and perforation.Conclusion Colonoscopy is the important method in early diagnosis of Submucosal Tumor of the Large Intestine;enhance the understanding of morphogical features of endoscopy of submucosal tumor,which has important value for early diagnosis;endoscopic resection of tumor is safe and effective.
