摘　　要：本文对非那西丁与β—环糊精制备成包合物的性能进行了研究,通过实验证明,将非那西丁与β—环糊精制成包合物后,不仅能提高药物的利用率,而且使其溶解度增大了2.5倍。this paper researches on performance of the clathrate compound of phenacetin and β-cyclodextrin. h is proved by experiment that, making phenacetin and β-cyclodextrin clathrate compound can not only enhance the medicament utilization, but also augment its Solubility by 2.5 times.
