摘　　要：我国高等教育系统实行的是自上而下的改革,对大学内部的改革大多从教学入手,基本没有对行政权力和学术权力进行重大的制度安排,因此,出现了我国大学目前行政权力和学术权力失衡,行政权力相对泛化的现象。借鉴物理学上"场"的理论,可以构建出学术权力和行政权力场效应的关系模式。根据时代与社会发展的需求,对场效应进行优化,可得出学术权力和行政权力在大学中达到平衡的途径与机制。The top--down reform in High-education System has been implemented nationwide. Until now the interior reform of university only starts with the teaching activities, without making significant system arrangement for both administrative and academic power, thus leading to the unbalanced situation between administrative and academic power, and the generalized administrative power of university in our country at present. On the basis of the ＂field＂ theory, we could build up the relationship pattern on field-effect of the academic and administrative power. With the optimization of field-effect, we could find out some ways to achieve a balance between administrative and academic power in the university to make contribution to the development of society.
