摘　　要：非公有制企业是数量最多、比例最大的企业群体,是经济发展的重要力量,应自觉承担起相应的社会责任。基于和谐的视角,非公有制企业应承担起相应的经济责任、法律责任、伦理责任和慈善责任等责任。我们应从和谐社会的构建、企业家素质和企业文化的培育、责任评价体系的建立和社会监督等方面进行相关制度的完善。Non-public enterprises constitute the largest enterprise group. Being the main force of economic growth, they should consciously assume corresponding social responsibilities. From the view of harmony, these enterprises should assume the economic, legal, ethical and charitable responsibilities. We need to improve the systems related to construction of harmonious society, quality of the entrepreneurs, corporate culture, establishment of responsibilities evaluation system and public supervision, etc.
