摘  要:目的观察清肺渗湿汤对哮喘大鼠肺组织淋巴细胞上凋亡调控基因Fas/FasL表达的影响。方法将清洁级雄性Wistar大鼠60只随机分为正常对照组、哮喘模型组、地塞米松组、清肺渗湿汤组、麻杏石甘加味汤组。以卵白蛋白致敏、激发的方式建立支气管哮喘急性发作期模型,各组分别给予相应治疗,免疫组化ABC法检测肺组织中Fas/FaL-s的蛋白表达。结果清肺渗湿汤、地塞米松片、麻杏石甘加味汤均能增强哮喘大鼠肺组织中淋巴细胞上促凋亡基因Fas/FaL-s的蛋白表达,与哮喘模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),清肺渗湿汤、地塞米松片效果显著,明显优于麻杏石甘加味汤组(P<0.05)。结论通过增强促凋亡基因Fas/Fas-L的蛋白表达而促进炎症局部淋巴细胞的凋亡是清肺渗湿汤减轻哮喘气道炎症反应一个主要机制。objective To observe the effect of Qingfeishenshi Decoction on gene expression of modulating apoptosis in lung lymphocyte of rat with asthma, Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into five groups, they were control group, asthma group, hexadrol group, Qingfeishenshi Decoction group and Mashingshlgan decoction group. Bronchial asthma in acute episode model was established by a manner of egg albumen sensibilization and provocation. Rats in each group were treated by different drugs. Protein expressions of Fas/FaL- s in lung tissue were assayed by immune histochemistry. Results Protein expression of Fas/FaL- s in lung tissue in hexadrol group, Qingfeishenshi Decoction group and Mashingshigan decoction group were potentialized, and were superior to those in control group ( P 〈 0.05). Protein expression of Fas/FaL- s in lung tissue in hexadrol group and Qingfeishenshi Decoction group were superior to those in Mashingshigan decoction group ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusions Promoting apoptosis of local lymphocyte by potentiation of gene expression of Fas/FaL- s of modulating apoptosis was important mechanism of Qingfeishenshi Decoction, which can relieve inflammatory reaction of bronchial asthma.
