摘　　要：证人隐蔽出庭制度由于不暴露证人真实身份,可以有效地化解证人的安全性顾虑而提高证人的出庭率,从而有助于审判的公正进行。同时,证人隐蔽出庭制度较之于传统的证人保护制度而言具有更好的效果和更低的成本,从而实现一种安全基础之上的作证效率与审判公正。Masked witness court-attending system covers the real identity of the testifiers, and thus it can enhance the rate of courtattending by clearing up the cares of testifiers＇ security. So masked witness court-attending system is beneficial for the justice of trials. Meanwhile, this system is more effective and cheaper than the traditional witness protecting ways, and then realizes the efficiency of testifying and justice of trial based on the security.
