摘　　要：台湾戒严时期,两岸文学处于"老死不相往来"的隔绝状态。政治的解严,带来文学的解严,同时也给两岸文学的僵持关系松绑。政党轮替则使两岸关系更加错综复杂,但仍保持了发展的趋势。两岸民间的文学交流,应相互信任,降低敌意;应坚持沟通、对话;应坚持"一个中国"的原则;应分而不离,合而不并。The literature across the Taiwan Straits had been isolated in the state of being never in contact with each other since Taiwan district was under the martial law. The lifting of the martial law brings the resume of literature relations across the Taiwan Straits. Political Power Transfer makes the relations across the Taiwan Straits more complicated but keep the trend go forward. The literature exchanges across the Taiwan Straits should trust each other, reduce hostility and keep communication with each other.
