摘　　要：系统利用JSP技术结合实地采集检测数据基于Supermap Is Java进行有效的二次开发,实现B/S结构的WebGIS系统。除了能够实现其他高级语言例如VB,VC等开发的GIS(地理信息系统)具有的查询分析功能外,更重要的是本套系统利用JSP技术强大的网络开发功能,实现空间查询,空间定位,空间分析。利用B/S结构,使GIS系统真正实现网络化,既方便服务器端的维护,又方便客户的操作使用。系统研发的目的在于从利用Web- GIS技术,使环境信息查询、统计分析、污染源管理、环境评价和模拟预测等隐藏在复杂关系下的众多因素变得清晰,可以随条件的改变通过模拟使用户看到结果,从而方便环境管理者对环境大局的控制,达到环境治理的最佳状态。The City Light Rail Noise Manage System adopts JSP technology incorporating the collection data, and based on Supermap Is Java implements second development to realize B / S structural WebGIS system. VB, VC or other advanced programming languages usually have the disadvantage of separate storage and non-simultaneous operation of spatial data and attribute data, making such systems lack intelligentized functions of compilation of spatial data. For the purpose of avoiding the disadvantage described above, this article aims at construction and application the JSP technology as powerful network exploitation function, implementation space query, space orientation. Utilizing B / S structure, to get the WebGIS system, compile spatial data efficiently and realize the simultaneous operation of spatial data and attribute dataare completed.
