摘　　要：社会主义新农村文化建设是解决"三农"问题的核心。本文论述了农业图书馆在新农村建设中如何发挥其资源优势、设备优势、技术优势和人才优势,建立农业信息示范基地,为"三农"服务。Construction of New Socialist Countryside Culture is the core to solve the ＂Three-Agricultural＂ problems .This article presents how can the agricultural Library play the advantage of capability,equipment,technology and person,found a base of industrialization of agricultural information and serve for＂Three-Agriculture＂issues .
