摘 要:试飞中,飞机残余变形测量结果分析主要是判别所测残余变形是否为危及飞行安全、有碍操纵等的有害变形。而飞机活动部件残余变形实测结果常常超差的一个重要原因,是实际测量中,部件所处的状态与图纸要求的差异(存在偏度)。对此提出了偏度修正法和空间基准面修正法,并利用某型飞机全动平尾残余变形的实测数据,验证了这两种方法的有效性,并就方法的适用性进行了讨论。In strength flight test, the analysis of the airplane measured remaining distortion is to find out whether measured remaining distortion is bad distortion to endanger flight safety and to obstruct control. However, the measured remaining distortion of airplane movable parts exceeds limit frequently, one important cause is that the state of these parts is not accord with requirement of design paper, such as being lesser degree of deflexion. And So, this paper presents two kind of methods for correcting measured remaining distortion by degree of deflexion and by dimensional datum plane. In his paper, The validity of these methods has been validated, and the applicability of these methods has been discussed, by using remaining distortion measurement data of a certain aircraft movable stabilizer.
