摘　　要：运用和谐管理理论,提出一套供应链系统和谐性分析要素结构体系,并给出各要素的具体释义;在此基础上,通过对供应链系统和谐性的分析和诊断,找出供应链系统运行过程中不和谐的关键所在,明确供应链系统不和谐的特征类型,以便有针对性地采取相应的措施,及时改善系统的运行状况.实证研究的结果,验证了本文所提出的供应链系统和谐性分析要素总体构成的合理性以及和谐管理理论应用于供应链系统和谐性分析的有效性.This paper presents a set of analysis element structure system of supply chain using harmony theory, and gives out the concrete paraphrases to every element. Based on these, through analysis and diagnoses for the harmony of supply chain system, this paper finds out the key problems of affecting the harmony and defines unharmonious characteristic types. So aimed on those we can take some measures correspondingly to improve the running status of the systme in time. The reasonable of the element structure and effictiveness of the harmony theory applied to supply chain have been demonstrated validated by an empirical study.
