摘　　要：以洛阳师范学院图书馆建设为案例,从目标与定位、资源整合、业务流程重组与组织结构创新等方面探讨了我国高校图书馆转型期的特色化发展策略。This article took the Luoyang teachers＇ college library construction as the case, and discussed the characteristic development strategy ,being university library in transition period in China, from aspect, localization, resources conformity, service flow reorganization and organizational structure innovation.
