摘　　要：利用辐照加工技术对出口红小豆的杀虫及抑制发芽的要求进行了试验研究。找出了最佳的工艺参数,保证了产品的质量。By the radiation machining technology, the insect control and bud germination inhibition of export red bean was researched. The best technology parameter to pledge the quality of product was found out.
