新时期大学城高校公共体育教师实施校际共享的迫切性——以福州大学城为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、考察法、观察法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分别从当前社会经济体制状况、国家人事改革精神、学生体育教育需求现状、当前体育教师教学态度、大学城良好的地理条件及建设理念等方面进行了剖析,研究提出新时期大学城高校公共体育教师实施校际共享的迫切性,旨在为高校公共体育教育的改革与发展献计献策.With the ways of literature quotation, on - spot observation, survey and questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the paper makes research on apUying the policy of intercoUege sharing of public physical education in university district in new era by analyzing from many aspects, such as the current social ecconomic system and national personnel reform, the physical education requirement for students, teaching attitudes for physical teachers, the perfect locality of university district and construction notions ect. The purpose is to provide the stategies for the reform and development of public physical education in universities.
