半导体激光与氦-氖激光治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半导体激光与氦一氖激光治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的临床疗效。方法;将患者73例随机分为2组,半导体激光治疗组39例,采用半导体激光治疗;氦-氖激光治疗组34例采用氦-氖激光治疗。结果:半导体激光治疗组有效率为97.5%:氦-氖激光治疗组有效率为79.4%。两组比较差异显著(p<0.05)。结论:半导体激光照射治疗带状疱疹疗效较高。Objectives： This researeh is to observe the clinical effectiveness of through semi - conductor laser of berpeszoter treatment. Methods： Patients will be divided into 2 sample groups. 39 of whom shall be treated with semiconductor laser beam on the treatmant part, whilst the other 34 patients, the comparison group, shall be treated with He- Ne laser. The result indicates that the former group has an efficiency rate of 97.5% compared with 79.4% of the latter. There proves a great difference between these two groups （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion： This researeh concludes that semiconductor laser treatment for herpeszoter can increase the treatment efficiency considerably.
