综合康复治疗偏瘫合并废用性骨质疏松症患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察综合康复治疗对偏瘫合并废用性骨质疏松症患者的疗效。方法:采用综合康复措施对32例偏瘫后合并废用性骨质疏松症患者进行治疗,观察治疗前后患者骨密度(BMD)、疼痛指数及Barthel指数的变化情况。结果:经康复治疗后,上述患者BMD、疼痛指数及Barthel指数均较治疗前明显好转,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复治疗能减轻偏瘫患者废用性骨质疏松的程度,有助于提高康复治疗效果。Objective：To observe treatment effect for patients with hemiplegia and disuse osteoporosis, who were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation ways. Metheds：32 eases were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation ways,including exereise therapy, physical therapy and anti - osteoporosis drug therapy. All patients＇ BMD, pain index and Barthel index were elevated before and after treatment. Results： BMD, pain index and Barthel index of： 32 patients had been remarkably improved. Conclusion： Comprehensive rehabiliation methods can help to improve rehabilitation effect for patients with hemiplegia and disuse osteoporosis, to reduce osteoprosis serions degree.
