PTTG在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究垂体瘤转化基因(Pituitary Tumor Transforming Gene,PTTG)在胰腺癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨与临床分期,病理分化之间的关系。方法收集中南大学湘雅医院2002年1月～2004年6月手术切除的胰腺癌标本,运用免疫组织化学染色法观察PTTG在胰腺癌以及部分癌旁正常胰腺组织中的表达情况。结果PTTG在胰腺癌组织中的阳性率为86.95%(20/23),在癌旁正常胰腺组织中的阳性率为41.66%(5/12),二者差异有显著意义(P<0.05),在癌组织中的表达强度比癌旁正常胰腺组织明显增强(P<0.01),PTTG表达强度与肿瘤病理分化程度有关(P<0.05),与临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论PTTG在胰腺癌中的高表达可能与胰腺癌的增殖,恶性转化有关,对此深入研究可能可以将PTTG作为胰腺癌基因治疗一个新的靶点。[Objective] To elucidate the expression of PTTG in pancreatic carcinoma tissues and further investigate its relationship with the pathological grade and clinical stage. [Method] 23 samples of reseeted pancreatic carcinoma tissue and 12 normal tissues from carcinoma besides were gained from January 2002 to June 2004 in Xiangya hospital examined by immunohistochemistry. [Result] PTTG expressed in 20 of 23（86.95%） of pancreatic carcinoma tissues, and 5 of 12 （41.66%） of carcinoma besides normal tissues （P 〈0.05）; the PTTG level of carcinoma tissues was higher than the normal tissues （P 〈0.01） and showed difference （P 〈0.05）, while the level was not related to the clinical stage （P 〉0,05）, [Conclusion] PTTG plays important roles in the proliferation and translation of panereatie carcinoma, and it could be a new therapeutic target of pancreatic carcinoma .
