摘  要:目的:建立一种简便、可靠的顽固性便秘家兔模型。方法:在实验组家兔直肠前壁固定一模具,1个月形成直肠前突后取出,再饲养2个月。对照组家兔正常饲养。所有家兔饲养3个月后记录大便粒数和重量,测定胃肠传输时间,测量结直肠总长度,然后进行统计学分析。结果:3个月后成功建立了顽固性便秘的家兔模型,实验组家兔大便粒数(270·33±22·79)粒及大便重量(94·18±11·03)g明显减少,结直肠总长度(130·00±6·71)cm变长,胃肠传输时间(292·47±48·75)min增加,与对照组比较差别有显著的统计学意义。钡剂灌肠显示实验组家兔形成明显直肠前突,结肠部分冗长、盘曲。结论:本实验模型简单可靠,重复性强,符合便秘的发病过程。Objective:To establish a convenient and reliable rabbit model for refractory constipation. Methods:A tooting was fixed on anterior wall of rectum in experimental rabbit. The tooting was removed after forming rectocele a month later. Then these rabbits were raised for two months. The rabbits in control group were raised normally. Three months later we recorded the number and weight of stools, determined gastrointestinal transit time, measured the overall length of colorectum. Results:A model of refractory constipation was established successfully three months later. The number and weight of stools decreased remarkably. Gastrointestinal transit time increased. The overall length of colorectum became longer. Comparing with the control group there was statistical significant differences. Barium enema showed that rabbits in experiment group had formed rectocele and partial colon was tediously long and winding. Conclusion:Establish of the experimental model is simple and reliable. The model has better reproducibility and it is consistent with onset process of constipation.
