中间区对上颌恶性肿瘤预后影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：研究中间区污染对上颌恶性肿瘤预后的影响，并探讨处理方法。方法：回顾性分析1979年至1989年间的254例上颌恶性肿瘤病例。结果：222例获得随访，首次未行须清术101例及首次已行预清术121例中分别有27例及23例出现颈部转移。结论：中间区污染影响上颌恶性肿瘤的预后，应采取积极措施如对中间区进行术后放疗。Purpose:To study the influence on the prognosis of maxilla malignancy from the middle zone contamination and to inves-tigate the management methods. Method: A retrospetive analysis of 254 cases with maxilla malignancy from 1979 to 1989 was carriedout. Results: 222 cases had been followed up. The cervical matastatic lesions occur in 27 cases among 101 cases which had not acceptedneck dissection and 23 cases among 121 cases which had already accepted neck dissection. Conclusion: The prognosis of maxilla malig-nancy may be affected by the middle zone involved. Effective treatment such as radiation to the middle zone after operation should beconsidered.
