摘　　要：以人为本,促进人的全面发展,是新的历史时期构建和谐社会的重要目标,也是终身教育的使命。终身教育在构建社会主义和谐社会中具有独特的贡献。本文论述了终身教育在构建和谐社会中的作用,指出当前终身教育中存在的问题,提出完善终身教育体系的对策。Take people as the foremost and promote the comprehensive development of people is an important goal of a harmonious society in new era and is the mission of lifelong education. Lifelong education has a unique contribution to build a harmonious socialist society. The article discusses the lifelong education＇s role in the process of building a harmonious socialist society, points out the issue in the current process of lifelong education and gives measures on improving the system of lifelong education.
