成教脱产班学生思想政治教育有效性探讨

摘　　要：本文从学习、家庭、生活、自我意识四个方面分析成教脱产班学生心理特点,从加强学生心理健康教育、引导学生学会学习、发挥社会实践的德育功能、利用网络开展现实的思想教育等方面探讨思想政治教育有效性问题。This paper analyses the psychological characteristics of the full--time student ＇of adult education from four aspects; study, family, life and self--awareness. It focuses on the effectiveness of ideological and political education by discussing the enhancement of student＇s psychological education, the guide of student to learning methods, giving free rein to the educational function of social practice and the utilization of the internet on realistic ideological education.
