摘　　要：随着社会对高等教育的需求日趋增强,成教全日制学生已成为高校学生的一个重要组成部分。本文通过分析成教全日制学生的特点,从思想政治教育工作、管理制度、学生管理队伍建设、学生自我管理及就业指导等几个方面入手,寻求行之有效的学生管理工作方式。Society strengthens day by day to the need of the higher education, the full--time student of adult higher education has become a very important part of universities student. The article analyzes the characteristics of the full- time student of adult higher education. To start with several aspects： Political education work; the management of rules and regulations; the construction of student affairs group; students＇ self - education; career guide, so as to achieve the purpose of seeking an ef- fectual way for student＇s management work.
