摘  要:目的研究助孕3号方对大鼠母胎界面Th1/Th2型细胞因子的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为5组,每组8只。多力玛组以1.5 mg/(kg.d)剂量灌胃给药,模型组与空白对照组灌服等容积生理盐水,助孕3号方中、低剂量组分别以7.08,3.54 g/(kg.d)剂量灌胃给药。检测各组大鼠蜕膜组织Th1型(IL-2、IFN-γ)/Th2型(IL-4、IL-10)细胞因子mRNA的表达差异。结果助孕3号方具有纠正肾虚流产大鼠母胎界面中Th1/Th2平衡偏移的作用。结论助孕3号方可降低母体免疫排斥,增强母胎免疫保护,最终降低肾虚黄体抑制模型大鼠的流产率,使得妊娠得以正常发展。Objective It is to study the effect of prescription Zhuyun - Ⅲ on cytokines Th1/Th2 of fetomaternal interface in Kidney- deficiency and luteal insufficiency aborting rats. Methods Pregnant experimental rats were randomly divided into 5 groups and every group concluded 8 SD rats. Kidney-deficiency and luteal insufficiency aborting rat model was established by Hydroxyurea and Mifepristone. The model rats were fed with hydroxyurea 450 mg/kg daily and with mifepristone 3.75 mg/kg at the seventh day for creating a kidney - deficiency and luteal insufficiency aborting rat model. Under sterility condition, the expression of eytokines Th1/Th2 mRNA in deciduas was detected by semiquantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT - PCR) in 30 minutes. Results The balance of cytokine Th1/Th2 was inclined to the side of Thl in rats of spontaneous abortion. Prescription Zhuyun - Ⅲ can modify the balance of Th1/Th2 - type cytokines. Conclusion Prescription Zhuyun -Ⅲ can invigorate the kidney and spleen, so that it can inhibit immdnologilal rejetion, retrieve the disorder of cytokines Th1/Th2 of fetomaternal interface of kidney-deficiency and luteal insufficiency aborting rats.
