急性脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复治疗效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨偏瘫早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中患者患肢功能恢复程度和日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法选择急性脑卒中偏瘫患者96例,随机分为两组(对照组47例,康复组49例)。康复组除了药物治疗外还进行规范化的康复训练,对照组在药物治疗的同时进行未经指导的自我锻炼。结果经康复治疗后康复组简式Fugl-Meyer评定量(FMA)值、Barthel指数积分均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论早期实施规范化康复训练能明显改善急性脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体功能和ADL能力,降低致残率,提高生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of the early recuperative therapy of hemiplegia in the acute cerebral apoplexy case on the rehabilitation degree of the disordered limb and the activity function in daily life. Methods Eightyeight hemiplegia cases after the cerebral apoplexy were divided into recuperative therapy group （49） and control group（47） randomly. Therapy group was treated with normalized recuperative therapy as well as medication. Control group was treated with medication and uninstructed self-exercise. Results The FMA value and the Barthel index of the RG increased significantly compared with the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusions Therecuperative therapy can improve the motor function of the disordered limb and the activity function in daily life.
