摘 要:文章通过数值模拟与实验相结合的方法,以A5757铝合金板材为对象,系统地研究了拉深筋的主要结构参数对拉深筋阻力及通过拉深筋后板厚减薄量的影响,从力能特性及变形两个方面对拉深筋进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,拉深筋结构参数对拉深筋阻力及板厚减薄量的影响趋势相同,而拉深筋圆角半径对板厚减薄量的影响远大于对拉深筋阻力的影响。并以此为基础,对拉深筋的设计调整策略进行了讨论,为拉深筋的设计调整提供了理论依据和实验数据。The drawbead restricting force (DBRF) and the reduction of thickness of sheet through drawbead affected by main dimension parameters of drawbead is studied by FEM simulations and experiments with A5757 A-alloy sheet. And drawbead is discussed in terms of DBRF characters and deforming. The results show that the influence tendency of DBRF and the reduction of thickness with drawbead dimension parameters are consistent. However, the effect of changing corner radius of the drawbead on the reduction in thickness is much larger than that on DBRF. Then the adjusting strategies of drawbead dimension parameters are discussed that provide the theoretic analysis and experiment data for drawbead design and adjustment.
