摘　　要：对于弱视发病机理的研究可以为其治疗提供重要的指导作用。随着动物模型的建立以及各种新技术的应用,使得弱视病理过程中的形态学、电生理功能和分子水平改变的研究都取得较大的进展。本文主要就近年来在弱视发病机理方面的诸多研究进展做一综述。The study of amblyopia can provide an important guideline for the ophthalmologists in treating of it. With the establishment of animal model with amblyopia and use of more new techniques,more advances have been made in study of morphology, elcctrophysiology and molecular changes in the course of amblyopia. This article mainly reviews the discovery and achievement of amblyopia in recent years.
