摘  要:目的寻找更为简便、有效的杀灭蔬菜和水中广州管圆线虫第Ⅲ期幼虫的方法,防止因生食蔬菜或凉拌菜而感染广州管圆线虫病,另外也为寻找新的治疗广州管圆线虫病药物进行前期研究。方法将广州管园线虫第三期幼虫置于各种不同浓度的化学试剂溶液中,镜下观察虫体的活动能力和形态的改变。结果用于消毒餐具1∶80稀释后有效氯终浓度为5.9%的次氯酸钠消毒液1.5 h可使幼虫完全停止活动;用于饮用水消毒的有效氯终浓度为0.35‰的消毒片使虫体运动加快,4 h后仍非常活跃;10%酱油处理10 min即可使幼虫活动明显减弱,30 min虫体完全死亡,虫体卷曲,出现空泡,而且酱油加热后杀虫效果有所增加。结论次氯酸钠消毒液1∶80稀释后用于浸泡餐具、蔬菜或喷洒地面,可用于预防广州管圆线虫病;在食用螺类或凉拌菜时加入酱油可起到预防广州管圆线虫病的作用;酱油加热后杀虫效果并不丧失,表明具有杀虫作用的是一种非蛋白质的化学物质,该物质具有成为新的治疗广州管圆线虫病药物的可能。Objective To find more simple and effective methods to kill the thild period larvae of Angiostronglus cantonensis in water and vegetables, so as to prevent people from carrying angiostrongyliasis. Methods The third period larvae of A. eantonensis were put in various concentrations of chemical solutions and alterations of energy and fashion of larvae were observed. Results Sodium hypochlofite solution containing 5.9% effective chlorine could stop movement of larvae in 1.5. Solution of disinfectant tablets containing 0.35‰ effective chlorine could quicken the movement of larvae even after 4 hours. 10% soy sauce could slacken the movement of larvae significantly in 10 minutes, and kill the larvae in 30 minutes. The vacuoles appeared in crinkled larvae. Cooked soy sauce got higher ability to kill larvae. Conclusion 1:80 diluted sodium hypoehlofite solution can prevent angiostrongyliasis when it is used to soak dishwares, vegetables or nebulize ground. Soy sauce added in the food such as snarl and cool food can prevent angiostrongyliasis. Boiled soy sauce can still kill larvae, indicating that the material in soy sauce which was responsible for killing larvae was not protein. This material has possibility to become a new drug to treat angiostrongyliasis.
