摘  要:目的测定猪颈总动脉狭窄前后血流动力学变化参数,为进一步研究打下基础。方法按文献建立猪颈总动脉粥样硬化狭窄模型。用彩色多普勒血流成像技术测量狭窄前后颈内动脉及大脑中动脉血流速度及血流量的变化。结果颈总动脉粥样硬化性狭窄前、后,大脑中动脉收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)分别为(95.78±9.86)cm/s和(72.04±12.24)cm/s。颈总动脉狭窄前及狭窄后2个月颈内动脉PSV分别为(113.09±19.92)cm/s和(244.76±52.30)cm/s,血流量分别为(355.379±38.08)ml/min和(191.36±39.27)ml/min;两者比较,均相差显著(P<0.05)。结论猪颈总动脉严重狭窄后,颅内动脉灌注压明显下降及颅内血流量明显减少。Objective To study the hemodynamic change in intracranial arteries before and after the stenosis of common carotid arteries(CCA) in pigs in order to provide a basis for the further study. Methods The model of the atherosclerosis stenosis of CCA was established in 10 pigs. The hemodynamic changes in internal carotid arteries (ICA) and middle cerebral arteries (MCA) were determined by three dimensions color Doppler flow imaging (3D-CDFI) before the operation and 2 months after the operation. Results The peak systolic velocities of MCA before the operation and after the stenosis were (95.78±9.86)cm/s and (72.04±12.24)cm/s respectively. PSV of ICA were (113.09±19.92)cm/s and (244.76±52.30)cm/s before the operation and after stenosis. PSV of ICA was significantly quicker 2 months after the stenosis than that before the operation (P〈0.05). The volume of blood flow in ICA (191.36 ml/min ±39.27ml/min) after the stenosis was significantly decreased compared to that (355.38 ml/min±38.08ml/min) before the operation (P〈 0.05). Conclusion After the stenosis the perfusion pressure of intracranial arteries and the volume of intracranial blood flow decrease.
