摘 要:摊铺机的液压伺服系统为非线性、时变的复杂系统,为了解决摊铺机行驶系统控制器PID参数整定困难、控制结果出现较大的振荡和超调以及在不同工况下参数整定烦琐等问题,采用一种基于混沌变量的PID控制器参数优化方案。利用MATLAB语言对摊铺机行驶系统近似模型进行了仿真分析,结果表明该算法实现简单,优化效率高,鲁棒性强,快速有效地实现了PID参数的全局优化整定,控制结果具有稳定、超调小、响应快、调节时间短的优点。The hydraulic servo system of asphalt & concret paver is a nonlinear, time-varying and complicated system. To solve the problem that the parameters of PID controller of its driving system is difficult to tune, which often leads to oscillation and overshoot and the parameters of PID are tuning with trivial details under different operation states, an integrated optimization arithmetic to search the parameters of PID controller is proposed based on chaos. Using MATLAB software, simulation and analysis were carried out, which proves that the method features easy to implement, high-efficiency and strong robustness and can obtain the optimization parameters fast and efficiently. Simulation results show the advantages of stable, fast response, small overshoot and short setting time.
