摘　　要：介绍了天津老城厢杨家大院保护性改造再利用实施方案。通过采取积极的态度,尊重历史又不拘泥于传统形式,将一座残留的合院建筑改造为当代高档社区会所;力图使传统建筑在新的历史时期重新找到归属感并重塑自身活力,探求历史性建筑保护和再利用的新模式。The paper introduces Yang＇s House remaking project in Tianjin old city. This project remakes the traditional courtyard to be a contemporary deluxe community center by positive attitude. The concept is respecting the history but not being limited by traditional form. We try to help traditional buildings to find the identification and vitality in new period to study out a new model of the conservation and reuse of historic buildings.
