固体颗粒对池沸腾换热表面上结垢的影响

摘  要:给出了固体颗粒对池沸腾换热表面结垢特性影响的实验研究结果.沸腾工质为CaSO4饱和水溶液,换热表面材料为紫铜,固体颗粒是0.5~1mm的玻璃珠.实验结果表明,在平表面池沸腾条件下引入固体颗粒,只能在较短的运行时间内起到强化换热的作用.当运行时间较长时,不仅不能强化换热,反而因结垢而使得换热情况恶化.这说明,在沸腾炉中加入固体颗粒以强化换热的方法在实际应用中存在一定的局限性.This paper reports the results of an experimental study on the influence of solid particles on the scaling process of boiling saturated CaSO 4 water solution. The heating surface material is copper, the solid particles are glass beads of 0.5~1.0 mm in diameter. The results show that introducing solid particles into CaSO 4 solution to enhance boiling heat transfer is not always effective and can cause a faster scaling on flat heating surfaces. At the beginning priod, it can enhance the heat transfer significantly. After a long time run, the heat transfer is degenerated very quickly because of the faster scaling. The method of introducing solid particles into a fouling liquid to enhance boiling heat transfer has certain limitations in pratical application due to its likely detrimental effects on fouling.
