摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性泪小管断裂吻合的手术方法。方法对收治的难以寻找鼻侧断端的泪小管断裂患者32例(32只眼),采用泪囊切开逆向置管吻合术。结果32例经随访半年至2年,31例有效,总有效率96. 9%。结论泪囊切开逆向置管吻合术对于治疗难于寻找鼻侧断端的泪小管断裂伤是疗效肯定可供选择的手术方法。Objective To discuss the methou ot anastomosis in traumatic lacrimal canaliculi laceration. Method 32 patients of which nasal end can not be found out were treated by anastomosis with dacryocystotomy and retrograde intubation. Results All the patients were followed up postoperatively for half a year to 2 years. The total effective rate was 96. 9%. Condusion The Anastomosis with dacryocystotomy and retrograde intubation is a affirmative and available method in treatment of traumatic lacrimal canaliculi laceration.
