摘 要:目的观察早晚期非小细胞肺癌患者红细胞膜带3蛋白功能变化。方法正常对照组:健康成年人15名;早期组:Ⅰ、Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌15例;晚期组:Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌15例。应用Cl-荧光探针6-甲基-3-磺丙基-1-喹啉-水化合物(SPQ)分别检测3组红细胞膜带3蛋白的阴离子转运活性。结果晚期组患者红细胞膜带3蛋白的离子转运活性明显比早期组升高。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌红细胞膜带3蛋白的离子转运活性升高。提示带3蛋白的阴离子转运活性与非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展有关。Objective To investigate the function of erythrocyte membrane band3 protein of non-small cell lung cancer patients at stage- Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅳ. Methods Normal adults control, patients at stage- Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅳ were 15 examples respectively. The transport activity of band3 protein was measured by using a chloride fluorescent probe SPQ. Results The results showed that band3 protein transport activity of patients at stage-Ⅳ was significantly higher than stage- Ⅰ and Ⅱ . Conclusion Band3 protein transport activity of non-small cell lung cancer patients at stage-Ⅳ increased significantly compared with stage- Ⅰ and Ⅱ . The results above indicated that band3 protein anion transport activity may play a crucial role during the genesis and growth of non-small cell lung cancer.
