塑化液加牙胶尖根尖封闭效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨塑化液与牙胶尖联合根充的根尖封闭效果。方法40颗离体单根牙随机分为2组,氧化锌糊剂加牙胶尖组20颗作为对照组,塑化液加牙胶尖组20颗作为实验组,根管充填后,通过染料渗入法检查根尖微渗漏情况。结果2组根尖部位均有微渗漏,塑化液加牙胶尖组的微渗漏值低于氧化锌糊剂加牙胶尖组,统计学上有差异(P<0.01)。结论塑化液加牙胶尖联合根充的根尖封闭效果优于氧化锌糊剂加牙胶尖。Objective To investigate the apical sealing effect of resinifying agent with Gutta Percha Points. Methods Forty single-rooted human teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups（20 in ZOE with Gutta Percha Points and 20 in resinifying agent with Gutta Percha Points ）. After canal filling, apical microleakage was measured by dye penetrtion. Results Both groups showed some apical microleakage. The difference in leakage among the 2 groups was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Resinifying agent with Gutta Percha Points was significantly better than the other group. Conclusion Resinifying agent with Gutta Percha Points was better than ZOE with Gutta Percha Points.
