摘　　要：文章对马克思在《哲学的贫困》对于古典自由主义与人道学派和无产阶级理论家贫困观(即弱势群体思想)论述进行了分析,认为马克思的弱势群体思想为我们解决弱势群体、解决贫困问题提供了重要的思想启迪:即问题的关键与核心在于制度的设计与安排,只有制度设计与安排是公正的、合理的,我们才能最终解决弱势群体问题。The paper analyses Marx＇ critique of the different thoughts on the poverty （the social vulnerable groups） of the classical liberalism, humanism and the working class theorists, and the author thinks that Marx gives us an important enlighten of getting rid of the poverty （solving the social vulnerable groups）,which is that only institution is fair and reasonable can we solve the problem of the social vulnerable groups at last.
