上饶师范学院体育活动开展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等,对上饶师范学院学生参加体育活动的现状进行研究分析。结果表明:上饶师范学院学生参加体育活动的目的明确,认知良好,选择体育锻炼以大众化的体育活动为主,但每周参加课外体育活动的次数和持续时间不尽人意,特别是女生,参加课外体育活动不主动。而影响学生参加体育活动不积极的主要因素是功课忙、运动场地的不足和运动器材的短缺等。学校应采取的对策是制定一系列有关课外体育活动的管理制度;减轻学业负担;合理地开展课外体育活动。This paper demonstrates a case study of the status quo of collegians＇ participation in sports activities in Shangrao Normal College by means of questionnaires, documentation, and mathematical statistics. The results show that most test subjects have a clear purpose in choosing popular sports activities, while some, esp. female subjects shows low frequency and inadequate time in sports, due to inadequacy of space and equipment. Relevant administrative systems have therefore been adopted to less the subjects＇ heavy academic schedule and provide more ex-curricula sports activities by college authority.
